Fitness coaching with structured workouts and progress reviews. Not medical care, diagnosis, or therapy.
Kyiv · 12-week coaching protocol
Every package on this page runs as one fixed 12-week block. Nothing starts until we hold a baseline you can measure against, and nothing closes without a written review you keep.
Fitness coaching here means scheduled sessions, technique instruction delivered as feedback and repeated practice, and progress reviews that adjust the plan as the weeks go. Sessions are booked ahead at the Kyiv studio or online, and each block is priced in UAH before you commit to anything.
Training history, current schedule and available equipment are recorded, and the block is shaped around them.
Two weeks of set loads, technique checklists and attendance set the reference point for every later comparison.
Structured sessions with load progression, two technique reviews per week, and adjustments when the log says so.
Log, attendance and load progression are summarised in writing, with a plan for the next block if you continue.
Fitness coaching is not medical care, diagnosis or treatment. If you have an existing condition or injury, clear it with your physician before the intake.

Fitness coaching only. This is not medical care, physiotherapy or rehabilitation. If a session plan needs clinical input, we refer you on rather than adapt around it.
Three questions. The selector proposes a package, and the final fit is confirmed at your consultation with a coach, not by this form.
See session counts and review cadence in the package matrixEvery block follows the same four phases. The loads change with your training history; the order does not.
Training history, movement screening and schedule mapping. You leave with a written plan plus the session dates for the whole block.
Starting loads are set and the technique checklist is written. Later reviews are measured against this checklist, not against memory.
Two technique reviews per week, load progression, and adjustments logged after each session in the training log.
Attendance, load deltas and self-reported readiness are compared with the baseline, then the next block is decided.
No. Intake Week 1 sets the starting point from your training history and current tolerance. Beginners and returning lifters run the same phases at different loads.
Session counts and UAH prices are published per package before you book, so the total is known up front. Nothing is added mid-block without your consent.
Attendance is recorded in the log. Sessions moved at least 24 hours ahead are rescheduled inside the same block week where the calendar allows.
No. Technique instruction is coaching feedback and repeated practice inside a session. It is not therapy, diagnosis or treatment of any condition.
Through the training log, attendance, load progression, the technique checklist and your own readiness notes. No body-composition promises are made.
Session counts, review cadence and price sit side by side in the package matrix. If you already know your schedule, book the assessment through the consultation form.
Fitness coaching is not medical care. If you train around an injury or a diagnosed condition, clear the plan with your physician before intake.
