Terms of Service
These terms govern distance contracts for fitness coaching packages with PE cylentria.com and apply together with Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.
1. Service Provider
PE cylentria.com, EDRPOU 63358503, Business Center Horizon, 42 Sahaidachnoho Street, Office 7, Kyiv, 04070, Ukraine. Email: contact@cylentria.com, phone: +380 633 398 9981. Managing Director: Daniel Garcia. Provider details are given under Article 7 of Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'.
2. Packages, Price and Duration
Before you order, each package page states the price in UAH, the session scope, the duration and the start date. Result and premium claims are substantiated and not misleading under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising'; individual results vary.
3. Booking and Cancellation
You may reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before a session at no charge. Later cancellations or no-shows may forfeit that session. Cancellation before the first session is refunded in full.
4. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed within 14 days. Unused sessions are refunded pro rata, less services already delivered, to the original payment method.
5. Client Responsibilities and Liability
You confirm you are 18 or older, give accurate health information and follow coach instructions. Coaching is not medical advice. Our liability is limited to the amount paid, where the law permits.
6. Complaints
Send complaints to contact@cylentria.com or +380 633 398 9981; we reply within 14 days. Consumers may apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection and to the courts under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.
7. Personal Data and Cookies
We act as data controller for order fulfilment and support under Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy; non-essential cookies require your prior consent.
